Caché Prom 08-Where it's Every Teenager's Night to Shine

Alexander Interactive, a leading strategy, design and development agency, today announced it has launched Caché Prom 08, a website tailored to the multi-billion-dollar annual prom business, for women's specialty retailer Caché.
To kick off prom season, Caché partnered with Ai for the second year in a row to create a hip multimedia flash site featuring the retailer's full line of prom dresses-from sexy and strapless to sweet and subtle.
"We want Caché's prom site to have all the glitz and glamour of the red carpet," says Dorothy Cohen of Caché's marketing department. "Ai turned our vision into reality last year, and the team has made Caché Prom 08 the most spectacular prom site yet."
Ai produced the Caché Prom 08 home page intro, featuring the captivating sights and sounds of a prom night to remember. The site comes fully loaded with e-commerce capabilities-so when prom-going girls find the dress of their dreams, they can size it up and buy it with just a few clicks. Ai also incorporated a "Tell a Friend" feature so visitors can spread the word about the Caché prom collection, with the goal of building exposure.
"Prom is a major milestone for teenagers all over the country, and it is an important part of our business," says Cohen. "With a creative eye on our business goals, Ai has created an exhilarating site packed with cool features to help Caché make close connections with today's prom generation."
When Ai designed and launched the Caché Prom 2007 website, it attracted more than a million prom-going visitors. This year's iteration already is driving more traffic, with several months yet to go in the prom season.

As part of Caché's promotional campaign, Ai created and placed banner ads at other prom websites to drive traffic to Caché's prom site and store locations.
