Schwinn Redesigns Promotional Brand with Ai

New Website Is First Project for Dorel

Alexander Interactive, a leading digital strategy, design, and development firm, has launched a new website for Schwinn, the venerable bicycle brand.

Schwinn logoThe first of two website projects, rideschwinn.com is a marketing site that supports Schwinn’s new national ad campaign. It carries the brand’s “Get on a Bike” theme with fun visuals and an easy-to-use system for finding bikes.

Rapidly deployed for the busy bike season, the new rideschwinn.com site gives Schwinn an inviting interface for website visitors. The main focus of the site is the Bike Finder, which allows users to simply and effectively find the right kind of Schwinn based on their personal needs. Ai used existing brand guidelines in an interface that smoothly brings Schwinn’s identity into an online arena.

“We've been really impressed with the diversity of talent Ai has brought to our initial project together,” said Patricia Wintermuth, director of global digital marketing for Dorel Recreation/Leisure, the parent company of Schwinn. “It was great to have subject matter experts addressing each different aspect of the project and we're looking forward to seeing the impact this brings to our next big project together.”

“This project was a lot of fun for Ai,” said Josh Levine, chief experience officer of Alexander Interactive. “Working with such an iconic name and giving it a fun, modern interface challenged us to bring creative solutions to a complex product line.”
