FragranceNet is the world’s largest discount perfume store, and they wanted to get even bigger. We were able to help them achieve this goal with a site redesign that improved customer loyalty and website conversion rates.

After tracking consumer behavior in the existing site, we discovered that potential buyers were growing confused, and frustrated, by the inability to directly and easily find what they were looking for.
